Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SupahMation (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage (browser storage that persists until cleared) where third-party tools require it. Together, these technologies help the site function, remember preferences, measure traffic, and power live chat.
How you control cookies
When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether to accept optional cookies. Accept all enables analytics (Google Tag Manager) and the Tawk.to live chat widget. Reject optional keeps strictly necessary technologies only — analytics and chat will not load.
You can change your choice at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features (chat, analytics) may not work if optional cookies are disabled.
Cookie categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Opt-in required? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Site security, consent memory, abuse prevention on forms | No |
| Analytics | Understand traffic and improve the website (Google Tag Manager) | Yes — Accept all |
| Functional / support | Live chat widget (Tawk.to) | Yes — Accept all |
First-party storage
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
supahmation-cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | Until you clear site data or update preferences |
Google Tag Manager / Analytics (optional)
If you choose Accept all, we load Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies (for example _ga, _gid, and related Google identifiers) depending on how our tags are configured. These cookies help us understand aggregate site usage.
Provider: Google LLC. More information: Google cookie policy.
Tawk.to live chat (optional)
If you choose Accept all, we load the Tawk.to chat widget from embed.tawk.to. The widget is not loaded until you consent, so Tawk.to cookies and local storage are not set before that point.
When the widget is active, Tawk.to may use the following cookies and storage items (names may include a property-specific suffix, shown as *):
| Name | Type | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
tawk_uuid_* | HTTP cookie | Identifies a returning chat visitor across pages | Up to ~6 days (provider-dependent) |
tawk_uuid_propertyId | HTTP cookie | Visitor UUID for this Tawk.to property (not your name or email) | Up to 6 months |
twk_idm_key | HTTP cookie | Manages the visitor connection to the chat service | Session |
TawkConnectionTime | HTTP cookie | Tracks connection timing for the chat session | Session |
twk_token_* | Local storage | Session token so chat continues as you navigate pages | Until cleared |
If you start a chat, you may also submit personal data (such as your name or email) in the conversation — that is covered in our Privacy Policy. Provider: Tawk.to (tawk.to). More information: Tawk.to cookies help article and Tawk.to privacy policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile (strictly necessary on some forms)
On pages such as the waitlist or blog admin login, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie (for example cf_clearance or challenge cookies) when you interact with a protected form. This is necessary to secure those forms and is not used for marketing analytics.
