Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to SupahMation’s website, waitlist, and platform (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and API access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use the API only as documented and within applicable rate limits and usage policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

AI outputs

Agent outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them in production or regulated contexts. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Fees

Paid plans, usage metering, and billing terms will be presented at checkout or in an order form and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued use poses risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupahMation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
